Summary: The staff was phenomenal and the cabin's location was great. The only issues that we experienced were more of the "creature comfort" variety. There was no washer or dryer, which is a bit problematic after a day (or multiples) on the slopes and in the snow. There was also no dishwasher, which assigned time doing chores after every meal. There was also no designated Master Bathroom attached to any of the bedrooms. Also, not a huge deal if you are with a smaller party but it was a little inconvenient even with a party of four. All-in-all, we had a great time and would highly recommend using Big Bear Cool Cabins for your Big Bear getaway.

Summary: The back yard is amazing! The kids had a great time exploring!!! Overall, we had a good time! There was dust and cobwebs! Plus, the kitchen needs more pots and pans! We brought quite a few and we're thankful! The only other negative is no washer and dryer on site. Like I said, overall, we had the best Thanksgiving ever!

Summary: Well, this was a great stay for our group of 10, however....there was no propane in the grill, place settings for 8 and not 1 steak knife (but Cool Cabins arrived on day 2 to remedy all...thanks). We checked in Thursday at 4:00 and Friday at 10:00pm the hot water heater died and we didn't have hot water for the remainder of our stay (checked out Monday)...they gave me $500 refund (which seems really low) to have no hot water for more the 1/2 my stay and 10 people taking cold showers and no hot water to wash dishes... The house was really nice, love the dining table that fit all 10 of us...it was so crowded in Big Bear, the road noise was really loud and traffic all day was insane right outfront the door. The power went out for 6 hours on Saturday which also didn't go well for traffic (lights out) and getting anywhere was a nightmare in the car....all in all, good trip but not the peaceful mountain/lake retreat we were looking forward to. Next time definitely won't stay right on Big Bear Blvd.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is directly across the street from the lake where you can rent kayaks or go into the water from a small beach area. Note that the house is located on the busy main street but that didn't bother us. The actual house has so much space and comfortably slept a family of 6 and could have slept many more. We stayed there during COVID and the house was clean upon our arrival. Thank you.

Summary: We really enjoyed being in this area. the park across the street was great for the dog and for the 3 year old to go and hang out. Also when relaxing on the deck we love to people watch. Everything was great. we wish the front yard was not so close to the highway. but over all a great experience.

Summary: The house was really pretty and very clean. Loved the backyard but gate was locked and we couldn't get to trail as easily. But it was still a great weekend.
