Positive: What a lovely little inn, tucked away in the southern Lazio countryside, a tranquil haven just off the autostrada. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable, secure, with a beautiful garden and pool. The staff is available to help with any question or issue (such as arriving late in the evening on short notice!), and the breakfast is wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Positive: The place itself is super comfy and secure. The location is ok to reach Monte Cassino. The bonus was great breakfast in the nearby cafe. I can really recommend this place for 1-2 nights.

Positive: An absolutely incredible host! He picked us up from the airport at 3 a.m., even though we hadn’t arranged a transfer — he truly saved us. The house is beautiful, with a very picturesque and well-kept territory. We especially liked the covered parking, the availability of hot water, and the comfortable beds with orthopedic pillows. There are towels both for the bathroom and the pool. Breakfast is simply amazing — the croissants are incredible! The pool is very clean, and the rooms are comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. We loved everything about our stay! The only small things to note were that the toilet didn’t have a seat and the bathtub had a bit of a leak. But overall, it didn’t affect our experience — we had a wonderful time!

Positive: The name of the place hints to the painter Botero, whose paintings (reproductions) are present all over the place. This little cultural reference is supported by the perfectly good taste of the accommodation: everything, from garden to the pool area, to the architecture of the house and the decoration of the rooms is made in very good taste, with total attention for details. I loved this place. Every little thing was chosen with full dedication to quality and style

Positive: We (2 adults + 1 teen) have stayed at quadruple room located on the ground floor. We were on the way to Tuscany from Sicily with a lot of luggage. So, when I found this accommodation, I was so pleased as this place was ideal for us being close to motor way, located on the ground floor which is easier to carry the bags, secure indoor parking where our car with roof box can be parked safely. The rest, for example the room consists of 2 large rooms which provide the ample privacy, very efficient heating & Wi-Fi, common kitchen with complimentary coffee, bottle of water provided are extra bonus. Also, communication with the owner was great too. Owner speaks English is great plus in Italy as well for non Italian speaker. Since our stay was winter and we just stayed for 1 night just to sleep over, I cannot comment about the facility. However, I believe it will be nice to stay during the summer month as a base and use the pool to chill out either in the morning before going out or in the evening after the day out. If you are looking for b&b, this is rare to find with such generous size room for sure, especially for the family – not to be missed
