Positive: I like the botanical garden scene of the apartment and the general quality of it.

Negative: If you have a family with small children, the floor and the doors can be very squeaky when walking or opening, but if you have no kids, the apartment is perfect.

Positive: It was big and really well presented. It was clean. It was really great check in process. Great property. I would recommend it to anyone.

Negative: Owner accused us that we damaged the property. We didn't and it was resolved really well. Our child did open a cupboard that was not locked and took extra linen that he didn't use. In the end that was ok too. We wanted to watch a film while resting on the sofa which resulted in us trying to convert the sofa to a sofa bed because it was a sofa bed and a panel came off. If I had tools I would have fixed it but the owners understood that it was because of wrong use by us that the panel came apart and it was not maliciously done. I just couldn't clip it back in to the slot manually I needed someone to lift it to do it. So I assumed its and easy fix and it came apart very easily. Having gone through the ordeal I must say I would still recommend the property as the owner was understanding and the test is always when something difficult happens and how we were able to resolve this and communicate. This shows the quality of the place and the people. So thank you and well done.

Positive: We had a really pleasant stay at the apartment, which was clean, aesthetically decorated and equipped with all necessary house appliances. Verena was quick to answer all our questions, showed up fast when we needed help and gave a detailed explanation on everything related to our stay. The old town and a beautiful park were close to reach by feet.

Negative: The entrance gate into the backyard parking area was a bit narrow, need to pay more attention during driving in and out.
