Summary: A beautiful property set in beautiful grounds. A very warm welcome and personal show around by Guy the owner. A lovely room with sea views. Comfortable bed. Honestly bar and honestly food selection. Stunning breakfast choices and nice communal spaces to relax in. Very lovely find.

Summary: Wow! What an amazing place. Absolutely beautiful house and stunning location. Nice touches like a tray to top up your tea and coffee in the hallway and an honesty bar. We didn’t try the cheeseboard but they looked lovely and having home cooked meals in the freezer that you can heat yourself is a brilliant idea. The staff were all lovely. A great weekend away. Thank you.

Summary: All you could want from hotel, but only bed and breakfast. Both were perfect, as was the location. Great for walkers and those wanting peace and quiet.

Summary: We had the cooked English breakfast and the eggs royal, which were both excellent. We also enjoyed the generous range of cereals, pastries, breads and drinks available. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful and the room was very clean with stunning views.

Summary: We spent a most enjoyable two days at Bossington Hall. We loved the authentic grandeur of this Arts & Crafts home and the genuinely warm welcome. The staff ensured our stay was relaxed with the most impressive and comfortable bedroom. The breakfasts were quite exceptional, and the grounds were a joy. If you are happy to stay in during the evenings, a range of light snacks is available and an ‘honesty’ bar ensures you will be well catered for. If you want a more substantial supper, then it is worth giving some advanced thought to where you might eat locally. There are plenty of choices, but booking is advised in a busy season. For our vacations, we look for history, authenticity, a touch of grandeur and welcoming staff. Bossington Hall exceeded on all fronts, and we very much look forward to returning.
