Negative: The facilities is poor for a 5 stars rating, although the room decors are interesting especially with the wall covering. Alas, there is only one restaurant with a limited Italian menu. The shower area of the room emits a poor rancid odor, suggesting a deep cleaning of the shower drains is needed. Mini bar is stocked only with bottle water (complimentary) and a couple of chocolate bars. Room service is limited. One can order from the in house restaurant menu (from the web) before the restaurant closes (7:30-10:30pm), after that time only lasagna, pizzas or tiramisu are available. There is no chance for a green or fruit salad or cold cuts and/or cheese with bread. The reason is the kitchen is closed, sorry! The information is not made available the the guests, until one actually call room service on the middle of the night. All the negatives, however, is compensated by a hard working staff at the front desk and at the door. The hotel, however, does not seem to have a dedicated concierge on duty. Many a time, the front desk scramble to find the needed info over the web. Given all these, this 5 stars is certainly not equal to that of a Ritz, Four seasons, Savoy or even a Mandarin Oriental, or Shangri-La.

Positive: The hotel was fantastic! The had valet parking so we did not have to worry about parking. The staff was so nice, the room was FANTASTIC, and the location was great, close to all the places we wanted to go. I will stay back there in a heartbeat!
