Positive: The cycling themed apartment, the place overall, the parking, the pool

Negative: The restaurant didn't really fit the vibe of the place and we had the feeling that the staff treated us differently just because we didn't look as bourgeoise as the other guests.

Positive: Beautiful location and room. It was very spacious and well equipped. Front desk staff was attentive and informative. We loved and enjoyed the patio and grounds. The views from the patio were amazing!

Negative: Bed was very hard and uncomfortable and shower heads were not fixed which created water to come out of the small shower. The patio was not clean when we arrived. It had many dead leaves and table and chairs were dirty. However, once we let them know they cleaned it. I believe housekeeping should be included at least every other day for the price of the stay.

Summary: Perfect location to relax and enjoy Tuscany!

Positive: The location was very practical and the view was fantastic. The restaurant was also really great.

Negative: The staff was a bit rude and we barely had any water to have shower. We also notified the staff about it, they said they would solve it, but they never did.

Positive: The accommodation is in the heart of Tuscany. A peaceful location with friendly and helpful staff. Spacious accommodation, peace and quiet. There is a swimming pool, which was very busy during our stay. We tasted some excellent local wine, which we recommend. The accommodation complex includes a restaurant, which we loved. Excellent cuisine, attentive staff. Thank you.
