Positive: THE location itself is beautiful.
Negative: THE property itself was great but the cleaning lady(blonde one) was abusive, rude, the swore at my boyfriend in Italian because she assumed that if he did not know Italian I find not know it,she was wrong. All this happened after she refused to love my boyfriends bedroom because she had to clean and she screamed like crazy that because we din not have the do not disturb sign on the door she was right. One of the reception girls sided with her and treated the situation like a fun ocazional to argue with a guest! They wanted to argue, not me!
Summary: Nice.

Positive: Borgo Giusto provides truly charming getaway experience from city life (and the dreadful summer heat). Lovely surroundings, staff, and pool. Our last night they even coordinated a breakfast box to take away when we told them we had to depart before the breakfast service began the next day. Very reasonable restaurant prices.
Negative: Very comfy quarters, our only complaint was the bed, which consisted of two slightly saggy twin beds put together. Even so, I would go to this lovely place again.
Summary: Charming borgo nestled in the hills

Positive: Stunning views from the mountain where the property is located. Huge pool. Property is beautifully renovated keeping the style of the 1600s which is when it was constructed to serve as a village. As such the property is big, you can walk around and enjoy the details. Nice hiking trails around. Good restaurant with dinner and breakfast. Super helpful staff! The views and the beautiful old style buildings surrounded by nature really made it feel like the Tuscan paradise.
Negative: We struggled with the wifi, not a huge issue because I also had good cell reception but reverted using that for internet rather than wifi. It probably depends on the room how shielded the signal is. The mountain pass leading up and the gravel road for the last 1/4 mile to the property are a little narrow, but that adds to the feeling of remoteness and the privacy of the place and to the overall vibe.
Summary: Wonderful village nested in the mountain side.
