Summary: One of the best hotels I've stayed at for customer service. Nothing was a problem, and the staff often went above and beyond. Rosa and her team looked after my pregnant partner at breakfast every single day, as if we were family! The facilities, location, staff and accommodation are all five-star. We'll be back!

Summary: Amazing hotel at decent price when off season. Free pilates, yoga, kids club and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was phenomenal. I have travelled many places but this is pure luxury at affordable price in a wonderful location. We will definitely come back.

Summary: A truly world class hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge staff in particular went above and beyond normal expectations. The property is very well situated to explore the many must see towns in Puglia. Would advise to rent a car

Summary: This hotel is amazing. The architecture and the decor are stunning, like nothing I have seen before. The service is exceptional from the moment you arrive until you leave. We did not go to the restaurants, but we did have a delicious ice-cream at the Gelati. Three things to look into, the WiFi is not very strong, the beach/pool towels are old and fraying and there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. I must say that after asking the very helpful receptionist for some conditioner, 3 little plastic bottles were delivered to the room. Having said that i can’t wait to come back, this hotel is just wonderful
