Positive: The property is absolutely stunning. Like nothing I have ever seen. The staff were brilliant, facilities excellent, rooms very comfortable, good food (plenty of choice).

Negative: Some days there were children at the adult pools.

Positive: Incredible facilities--pool, restaurants, bars, etc. Staff all amazing and super friendly. Great to have segregated adult and child areas.

Negative: Need to have better cooling in guest rooms. Staff should not be allowed to adjust thermostat during room cleaning. Thermostat should have capability to be set at guest preference (no restrictions).
