Positive: Staff were lovely and helpful. Accommodation was well restored, spacious and the swimming pool was excellent. Beautiful location

Negative: Slightly under staffed at times meant breakfast was often slow and items weren't replenished. Felt slightly over priced for location, service etc

Positive: This is the first thing that we booked for our family vacation, the room was fully equipped and had everything that is needed for our family. also we had a cooking class at the restaurant with the chef there is toys for the kids in the restaurant area where the kids could play and we could drink our coffee quietly. staff was friendly and helpful with whatever was needed.

Positive: Tranquil location, welcoming and helpful staff, large and comfortable bedroom, bathroom, sitting room, kitchen with dining table, and small balcony table overlooking the valley. There is a Restaurant, bar, outdoor pool, and kids areas. We had breakfast included and there was a large selection of organic and local foods. We chose to have dinner and the talented chef Frederico provided us with excellent food and service. Mirca and her staff were very helpful with check in/check out, suggestions about towns to visit, and answering any questions. We will come back!

Positive: Super friendly and competent people. Location as advertised which means remote from any noise but close to Spello, Assisi, etc. When I booked via booking.com I booked an apartment with a terrace/ long balcony which seemed to be bright and which had aircon. When we arrived we didn’t get what we avoided as apparently booking.com shows only sample rooms. This was news to me as I book a lot via booking.com. The team was so nice and offered us a solution with aircon for 3 out off the 8 days we originally booked. They really wanted us to enjoy our stay even shorter as we had planned. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Negative: The place was full of families with little kids - so the pool is not a quiet affair. Lots of crying kids, splashing, jumping, water ball, diving - we are out of that phase in life already. But great place for little ones.
