Positive: I would like to start with the look and feel for the entire location. The host was very very helpful, and was gave us all the needed information and directions. We’ve enjoyed also the surroundings and facilities as the pool and walks in the woods.

Negative: The last 2km, the road was a little bit difficult to travel, but maybe it is just me, and my medical conditions.

The location is enveloped by the medieval air of bygone times and an aristocratic atmosphere typical of the 18th and 19th centuries. The hilltop hamlet has a special spiritual charge, making the past entwined with the present. The hostess, Mrs. Valentina, is a real lady, knowing how to make you feel in a familiar place from the very first moments.

Positive: Our accommodation was in a small hamlet situated at the top of a hill so the views were fantastic. It was so peaceful and quiet, with the only noise the birds singing. Everything we needed was in the apartment so we were very comfortable - we were even upgraded from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment! There is a great swimming pool on site and a communal space for guests to mingle with an honesty bar for drinks and snacks - so thoughtful of the hosts to provide this space and we really enjoyed it. The host family were very friendly and approachable and were very attentive to our needs. They had a small, family museum on site and we were shown around this on the last day of our stay. This museum is worth a visit as it was so interesting and beautifully kept. Don’t miss it!!

Summary: A beautiful place to stay. It was a good base to visit Assisi, Siena, Orvieto and Montepulciano.

Positive: The hamlet of Camporsevoli is unique and one of a kind. It’s like tracking in time to a historic village in Italy but with all the modern comforts that I wanted. I also found it very kid-friendly with a small jungly gym by the cool and playroom for kids

Positive: Absolutely stunning location with amazing access to towns and sites in Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio. The property itself is charming and the amenities and houses are laid out in a manner that enables you to choose whether you want to be social and gather at the one of the indoor or outdoor lounge areas or just chill by one of the pools on your own. Valentina has incredible knowledge of the countryside and its history, in addition to being an amazing cook / teacher.
