We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Marseilles, this charming new apartment (2022) near the park Borely and the beach, of a surface of 41 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 23 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a terrace. Wifi (optical fiber) included, we are waiting for you!
The west-facing apartment is composed as follows:
- A living room of 23 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and a dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A terrace of about 10 m² facing South/West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in the Carre d'or of Marseille in a residential area, in a very pleasant environment next to the Parc du Borely. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Summary: Borely "Lovely secure apartment and parking in great location. 🙂 The host David was on site to greet us and took great trouble in showing us round the apartment and was available throughout the stay as needed via WhatsApp. The apartment was in an excellent location near to the beaches and Borely Park and had very secure parking for one vehicle. There is a Lidl just down the road for everything you need including fresh baked bread and croissants! The washing machine was very good and there was a drying rack, iron and ironing board. The flat has very good fans which were very necessary in the 35 degrees centigrade heat. The 44 bus takes you to a main transport hub ( Ronde Point de Prado metro and other buses) and we recommend the 83 bus which takes you to Vieux Port via the coast road. We would recommend the apartment for a stay in Marseille especially if you have a car - check when booking the dimensions of the parking space (number 20) including the height! 🙁 The apartment was reasonably clean and tidy but could have done with more cleaning of obscure places (shower trap, pipes, cobwebs etc.). The sheets and towels provided were adequate and meant we didn't have to take them but as others have commented should be included in the rental. Take Jungle Away or similar as the stuff they sell in France was expensive and didn't work!"
