Positive: They don’t have enough parking spaces, and on the first night the receptionist asked me for my car key in case it needed to be moved. However, on the last night, when I handed it over myself (with the same idea in mind), he told me that he wasn’t a valet. That really bothered me. Other than that, it’s an okay 3-star hotel; it’s worth appreciating that they have a clean pool, the rooms are decent, the staff fairly okay, and the area is very safe. The beach across the street from the hotel has sand in the sunbed area, but it’s very steep, and in the water there are only rocks. Probably there are better beaches around, but we didn’t focus on that during this vacation. Overall, it’s okay.

Positive: Value for the money. Aircon working well in room. Sufficient selection of salads/greens in buffet otherwise rather average.

Negative: Some minor deficiencies in room, nothing major. Pool is rather small and crowded in peak season.

Positive: The hotel lobby is nice as the reception desk personal is very understandable and friendly. The beach facilities are well organized for free, which is wonderful. Thank you very much.

Negative: If you have hired a private taxi from the company (Get Transfer), be very careful with the drivers, because they try to blackmail you through the chat system. Call customer service immediately when receding a message from the driver if refuses to pick you up back to Antalya airport. Have a nice stay at the hotel.

Positive: Good breakfast! especially vegetables and cheese offer, excellent! Good music!

Negative: we had problem with a waiter, Mevlüt Karakurt. I've ordered one drink from the bar and set with my friend on the terrace. He came and asked if my friend is living in the hotel. I told, not. He said she has to pay a fee for the drink. I said, but I've ordered only one drink and not 2. But he wanted us to pay the extra fee. I think this was not too professional. The whole week with my husband we had only breakfast, not dinner, nor lunch, as we have friends in Alanya and went out together. Our friends offered your hotel not only for us, but a lot of tourists from Hungary earlier! They wouldn't recommend the hotel anymore! I think this guy is not good for the reputation of the hotel!!!!!!! The other problem cats on the table in the restaurant, terrible!!!!!!!
