Positive: The rooms have a beautiful view of the river! Waking up to parakeets chirping and enjoying our breakfast with a view of the Río Baker was amazing. Our host was accommodating when we arrived later than the stated check-in time.

Negative: The host was not very friendly to us, neither in messages nor in person. The Wi-Fi isn’t working, which was quite inconvenient. It’s also very important to know that the property only accepts cash payments, and there is no ATM in Puerto Bertrand. This could be a serious issue if you arrive without cash, as you might have no way to pay.

Negative: Host wasn't very friendly. Treated us like we were a nuisance. Seems to be unaware of our booking. I had to show her a pic of the booking for her to know what we booked which was very odd.
