Positive: Had no time for breakfast the place is immaculate & Tim was exceptional. Pity it was raining the gardens are stunning next time i will be sure to wander around the place.

Positive: Very tastefully restored property with modern comfort and luxury. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, and the surrounding gardens of the estate were perfect for a romantic weekend getaway. Tim was a fantastic host and I would strongly recommend this property, we will be back.

Positive: Tim put the heating on for this weary travellers late arrival to the schoolhouse, there was a coffee machine and milk to froth, crisp white sheets & robes, and heated floors in the bathroom. It was my warm welcome to Victoria from Byron👌🏼
