Negative: The girl who greeted us at breakfast could not have been ruder. the reception staff were great but the bar women were appallingly rude and miserable. I despise them.

Positive: No stairs inside, big terrace space, nice pond behind with ducks just behind, indirect day light for rooms without windows

Negative: The property was unclean. We found chips, hairs, toe nails, small sharp metal bits and pieces … in every single room, on any carpet. The overall looked dirty and worn off. We were very disappointed by this circumstances and worried about our kids walking barefoot. This is totally inacceptable for a property that is sold as a 5 star on booking.com. This is not appropriate. Even if the property had been clean, its features suit max 4 star. Also the beds were not comfortable at all. The mats was worn off and we would wake up many times at night.
