Positive: The room was nice and quiet. Great shower.

Negative: We arrived at 1.30pm so was early. Our details were checked, credit card checked and we were told the room would be available at 3pm and it was likely that our bags would be in the room waiting for us. We went off to explore and got back before 4.30pm. There was some confusion, they couldn't find the booking, said they were fully booked but were trying to find us a room. It was very upsetting, told there had been a computer glitch etc, etc. The lady who helped us was very nice and they found us a room in the hotel but it definately took the fun out of the day. We ended up changing our plans for the evening.

Positive: Room was a good size with a decent bathroom.

Negative: Lots of creaking in the room( 705) sounded like building was about to collapse. Not sure if it as the wind, air con or people above, but lots of noise. Room somewhat dull in colouring. Could not get iPad to work. Not great value when compared to our friends rates who were staying at the Double tree and were able to book last minute.

Positive: Easy to find, big room, nice and clean, kids loved the pool, food was good too. Staff were amazing. We will definitely visit again.

Negative: Nothing we liked everything.
