Positive: Very clean inside the place and beds were super comfy. The decor was cute, This place had everything we needed! The bikes were not in great shape, but they were just a bonus anyway that I didn't expect. I would stay here again for sure! It was great to have the kayaks to use. The wine and cookies were a nice welcoming gift, We were very pleased and would highly recommend this property,

Negative: Communication could have been better in terms of booking. The booking was made through booking.com but half payment came out 6 months prior from "Take a Break" which was confusing. Since my confirmation went to spam I never got a confirmation # so I had a hard time reaching anyone for questions and the day before our stay, Take a Break told me we did not have reservations even though we did, This caused a lot of unnecessary stress. My only complaint is with Booking.com and Take a Break, not with the property or hosts.

Summary: This was a great place to stay with everything we needed!

Positive: Good size house, love the grill, and the paddle board is great. Good location.

Negative: The water filter needed to be changed, and I'm guessing the air filter as well. We all got sick.
