Positive: The property was clean, stylish and modern, the sleeping arrangements were so comfortable and clean, bathroom is immaculate and shower is amazing. I cannot fault anything about the property. The ease of free parking right outside was a bonus and everything you need is in walking distance. Meeting Sal at the property was amazing as he talked me through everything and all the local amenities. If you want to stay in Cardiff, book here with confidence. Thanks again Sal !!

Positive: Visiting my daughter in uni. We liked the location as it’s a 25 min walk to the Dental Hospital(for her) and similarly to the David Lloyd club in the opposite direction. Also wonderfully located for beautiful walks around Roath park and further on to the Llanishen/Lisvane reservoirs through the Nant Fawr Wood. Had we chosen to it’s a similar walk to city centre. The apartment itself has obviously been done to the highest spec. being very clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The heating was responsive and lovely and warm. Plenty of hot water whenever required. A washer/dryer was useful. The kitchen was spacious with an immaculate cooker/hob and a dishwasher. The shower room was bright and I loved the little touches especially the mirror, waterfall tap and toiletries and shower. The bedroom has a huge wardrobe and very comfortable bed. The apartment being at the rear of the Victorian town house was very quiet. There is a shared entrance at the front but I didn’t see or hear anyone. Parking was free and easy outside the property on the main road (NO permit holders only which makes a change for Cardiff) The host was quick to respond, clear instructions about how to enter the property and refunded the deposit quickly after checkout. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Positive: Very helpful host, always quick to respond. House lovely and clean. Nice toiletries and very well equipped. Location great. Nice area and only 2 or 3 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Able to park on street. We would definitely stay again.

Negative: Only minor things. Bathroom at other end of house to bedroom. Can't always park directly outside.

Positive: Everything. The host Sal was amzing throughout, and even AFTER we left.! We left some suggestions including a dining table and chairs to make it even better for next time, and I was gobsmacked that he took them onboard and told me he'd actually implemented the suggestion, not only that, 2 weeks later, he showed me the fantastic new table and chairs he chose for a nice dining area by the window!

Negative: Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Summary: There are extremely rare times where you stay at a place and it surpasses all your expectations.

Positive: The apartment was well positioned with easy on street parking. Very clean, nicely decorated and quiet apartment. The host was very friendly, responsive and the security deposit returned in a very timely manner. We would certainly stay here if we visit Cardiff again.

Positive: Sal was great at keeping in touch and met us as the flat to hand over keys and run through some things with u. The flat was very tastefully decorated, and kitchen well stock. Nice toiletries in bathroom.

Negative: Really cant think to improve anything, great little place for a short stay.

Summary: Lovely one bed flat a step outside of Cardiff central but really close to restaurants and bars.

Positive: A lot of thought has gone into this apartment. It is tastefully decorated, with good quality fixtures and fittings and very comfortable. Being on the ground floor is convenient and its location at the rear of the house means that it is quiet as well. Parking is on the road but surprisingly easy and it is a short walk to many good restaurants. Highly recommended and would certainly stay there again if in the area.

Positive: The apartment was great. It was clean and comfortable. Sal was really helpful and friendly and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend staying here.
