PARTY POLICY
We strictly prohibit large-scale gatherings. However, we do permit small, tasteful events such bachelorette celebrations and family BBQs. Guest count is not to exceed the maximum occupancy of 12. Quiet hours must be respected and the overnight guest count should not exceed your reservation.
To help ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we have security cameras at the front of the house to monitor guest numbers and pets; we also have a privacy-compliant noise sensor (NoiseAware) that tracks volume levels (but does not record audio).
PET FEE
$150 per Well Behaved dog per night to cover additional cleaning costs. Limit of 2 dogs. Dogs must be crated if left unattended in the home longer than 2 hours, guest must provide the crate. Any unregistered Pet guests will be fined $500. If required, market value typical cost for couch steam cleaning $450, Area rug steam cleaning $200. Please reference our Pet Policy.

Summary: Surprised my friend for her 40th bday, with a relaxing girls getaway. This property delivered everything we could have hoped for and more. Everyone LOVED the aesthetic and the unique and kitchy decor! So many thoughtful details went into thos place and we appreciated every single one of them.The host was so helpful and communicative. Her responses were timely and kind. We couldnt have asked for a sweeter retreat!
