Summary: Stopped here on a cross-country move with my fiancee and two dogs. LOTS of space, safe neighborhood, nice fully fenced yard, and only about 15 minutes from downtown. Thanks for the stay!

Summary: Place is in a great location, close to stores and restaurants. We stayed here with another family; we were in town for softball. Stay was pleasant just a few things that need attention. Furniture and rugs could use a deep cleaning. Cleanliness could have been made more thorough, upstairs appliances were dirty, the basement was as if it had not been cleaned for some time. For a stay as long as ours, I just wished we had access to cleaning products or a vacuum. Amenities/Toiletries are standard, kitchen and bathrooms have your basic needs. Communication with host was great, he's been made aware of the concerns, he's had issues with receiving payment through VRBO and reached out to me, so far, we are still working on this and VRBO has been great and guiding me.

Summary: We stayed here with our family of 4 and another family of 4, and it was perfect! Great location with tons of kid-friendly restaurants nearby. It was perfect, clean and comfortable!

Summary: We were in the Denver area for softball and this house fit 3 families perfectly. It was located withing 20 minutes of the fields we played at and good restaurants and shopping. The kids had the basement to themselves and the adults enjoyed the upstairs and back deck.

Summary: Overall, the property was in a nice location that was able to accommodate all of the guests. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of this property since it smelled like weed. The host was responsive and offered to send the cleaner over to clean more, but there really wasn’t much they were going to be able to do to get the smell out of the bedrooms and towels. Not a huge deal to our group, but would not recommend this property if you and your family are not 4/20 friendly.

Summary: House is much bigger than it appears from the street. 5queen beds, 3 baths. Everything in the house is new and high end, particularly for a rental property. Excellent kitchen, very nice porch off the kitchen. Patio and yard are very good. This is definitely the nicest property we have rented. Only negatives- no extra towels- housekeeper left a bunch in the dryer which we found on checkout. We are old fashioned and would have liked a handbook on the house - is there Wi-Fi, use of the TV, extra towels, etc. Would definitely recommend and come back if we have the need.

Summary: This was a great home to call home base for Chesney concert. Nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The house is lovely and well decorated and perfect for a larger group! Upper covered deck and large yard is fantastic! We were able to enjoy an evening in Olde Town Arvada near the property and it’s a very short drive to catch the rail as well! Justin is very responsive to messages! Loved our stay!
