Positive: It is a nice modern space, the room was spacey, with a separate toilet. There is breakfast down in the village, where the dinner option is also great. Location is fine for discovering the Tokaj region.

Negative: There was no genuine shampoo. The aircon was not working. The bed was too hard for me.

Positive: The staff were kind and the rooms were clean. The size of the room is good. The shared facilities and the pool are clean and nice. The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was awesome. You can park on the side of the street next to the facility.

Negative: The rooms were not air conditioned, it was warm there. There aren't any photos of the exact rooms you may get on booking, as all rooms are put under the same title with the same photos, but the actual rooms aren't all similar to displayed photos. It'd have been nice if there was an ironing machine somewhere in the facility.

Summary: I'm rating this place high because it's new, and there's potential for improvement.
