FOUR WHEEL DRIVE REQUIRED FOR WINTER. This luxurious, breath-taking home is located approximately 4 miles from Red River nestled on top of the Bobcat Pass, and has everything you need including the best views around! This home is 3 stories with 4 bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms, and a game room featuring an additional 2 twin beds. Walking up the stairs to the front door, you’re met with a spectacular view of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains that you can enjoy in the comfortable outdoor seating areas or walk around the wrap-around porch to see it all.
The front door opens on the 2nd floor into a beautiful sitting area with floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy those snowy days curled up in front of the fireplace right next to the bar to make your favorite drinks. To the right of the entrance is a set of stairs that lead up to the 3rd bedroom, complete with its own sitting room overlooking the living room along with a bathroom with a full-sized tub. The sitting room is perfect for a relaxing private evening for two. Back downstairs also to the right of the front door is one of the two master bedrooms, featuring its own entrance. It has an en suite bathroom complete with a walk-in closet and his and hers sink.
The sitting area has 3 separate seating areas for you to use and a breakfast bar, providing plenty of seating and space for family time. The kitchen is spacious with gorgeous countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Between the oven and the refrigerator, there is a short hallway leading to a half bathroom and a laundry room. This hallway also has the entrance to the downstairs 4th bedroom, gaming room, and bathroom. Past the kitchen is the 2nd master bedroom that is a mirror of the first, except its private entrance leads to the hot tub which is also accessible by the wrap-around porch. Summary: Had a group of 4 adults, 7 kids age 8-12 and one 21 yr oldHouse size was great and amenities were what we needed. Easy drive to ski resortKitchen well stocked. Rooms and bathrooms all nice and well stocked. We needed more towels for our group size and they were delivered the next day!Hot tub was nice and we used it several times. Mattresses are not the best but on par for any other Vrbo we have stayed at so no biggieOne minus was the front door- lock & key didn’t work well and stuck a lot. One night we couldn’t get it to lock and door blew open in snow and stayed open all night!! They told us about it at check in but it really gave us some trouble- so it seems like it would be easy to fix. Cute towns with some nice restaurants Would definitely stay again!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice. The view from the house is breathtaking. The layout was perfect for three couples and five kids, and it was very clean. You definitely need 4 wheel drive but it’s so worth it for the view and location. We are already looking forward to booking again.
