Positive: Safe, very nice place. The owner Angela gives much more than necessary for the money. The view is amazing, the house is clean and well build. Any question, any doubts, Angela is always there for you!! I am travelling my whole life for business and pleasure and I have to say this was one of my best experience with renting houses or apartments for the family!! Most important is that you feel safe and that you are having a support especially when you are somehwere with your family!!

Positive: Host (Angela) was extremely friendly. There were so many balconies. With gorgeous views. Easy to get keys. Was about .6 miles to the best restaurant (I figli di quaranta). Huge bottle of water was provided for free and good wine was available for purchase for 8 euros. Everything was extremely clean and we all slept well. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Everything about this property is spectacular. The apartment is beautifully decorated, everything down to the crockery was stunning and has a coastal theme. The apartment is very well equipped with all the equipment you need to to cook and dine in. All the small necessities for a full week were provided (coffee, salt, pepper, oil, toilet roll, soap, cleaning equipment etc) and the host even provided a beautiful welcome basket. The property is sparkling clean, the beds are very comfortable and the sheets are so soft. There are two bathrooms, one with a large bath and one with a shower. The multi media system is excellent, they have Netflix/Disney/Amazon Prime and all the possible channels you would need. The wifi(we were on a working holiday) was excellent and perfect for conference calls. And most importantly the views from all 4 terraces (each better then the next) are picture perfect. We loved using the outdoor grill and eating on the terrace looking at Gaeta. But the real gem, is the host Angela. She could not do more for her guests. Nothing was too much trouble. In Ireland we are known as the land of 1000 welcomes. She gave us 2000 welcomes. We thank you so much for the most wonderful stay, we will definitely be back.

Positive: This place was amazing and the host was just as wonderful! The rooms, the view, everything exceeded my expectations. I would have gladly paid more money for this rental. If you want a great place to stay with a insane value, look no further. We visited London, Paris, Rome and this place on our trip. Blumarine Dh was hands down the best...not even close!

Negative: Only, only, only thing is more of a fyi. This place is located on the top of a fairly steep hill. Makes for interesting parking 😉

Positive: The villa was all that was advertised at the booking. Beautiful view of Gaeta and Formia shoreline. Villa had everything we needed for a great stay. Also loved the welcome box of goodies...was an appreciated surprise. Hot water was great. Villa close to train station so that helped leaving early for the train to Rome and returning in the evening. Angela was great answering questions on What's app. Sorry we bugged her to much. Directions provided was perfect for electricity and heat. We still had to figure out what switches turned on/off which lights. Reserved parking space was great.

Negative: The small roads were a challenge because I had a larger car. Took a little getting used to but by day 6 we were pretty experienced driving "Italian Style". My one daughter recommended oven mits for the kitchen. Probably an American thing.

Summary: Dream House 6 day visit.
