Positive: Fantastic location in Llafranc. 4 minutes walk to centre with fabulous views. Good property for a family break. Anna very responsive to messages.

Negative: Basic equipment & in need of an update. Chipped Ikea crockery, basic kitchen equipment & mattresses poor quality & need replacing. Bedding old & hole in pillowcase. Bathrooms in need of modernisation & a good clean. Pool murky all stay & needs proper maintenance.

Summary: Great location & layout for an extended family stay but property in need of some C.

Positive: The villa is in a perfect location — just a short walk to the charming center of Llafranc, where we enjoyed the beautiful beach and picked up fresh bread and croissants from the bakery each morning. The villa itself is very well laid-out with spacious rooms, ideal for a larger group. We loved the pool, which we used almost every day; in the evenings, the illuminated water created a captivating backdrop to the stunning views. Everything we needed was provided, from air conditioning and external blinds to beach gear like towels and umbrellas.

Negative: The walk back from the center is a little steep, though it wasn’t a problem for anyone in our group — even our 79-year-old managed it comfortably by taking the steps slowly. If we were to suggest anything else, a light refresh of the interior would make the villa even better.

Positive: Anna met us on arrival and was extremely accommodating as we arrived early but could park the car and leave our luggage at the house. The location is terrific and the we loved the swimming pool. Anna was also available at all times helping to resolve one minor issue that we had.

Positive: Fantastic location! Lovely pool and great to have private parking. Walking trails, beaches and restaurants all within walking distance.

Negative: Interior is starting to get a little old and dated.
