Positive: Everything! Beautiful cozy little house. Private parking and private entrance. It was an amazing stay and we booked last minute too and it worked out wonderfully. Everything you need is at your finger tips. Loved every minute.

Positive: Location was brilliant as going to cycle track championships and only 5 min walk away. Easy to find and really spacious.

Negative: It took time to warm up after putting the heating on - wouldn't be an issue in warmer weather

Positive: Comfortable and homely, had a small.issue with the heating and contacted the owner who was very responsive and was going to cime and check it out but it sorted itself before this was necessary. We were down for a concert at the co-op live arena and the location was superb.....5 minute walk and we were there, absolutely thrilled and would absolutely recommend for anyone going to a show or the football for man city as the location is perfect

Positive: Great location for Etihad Stadium and coop live, with supermarket right round the corner. all are walking distance, but far enough away from the main roads in a nice quiet location with secure gated parking. only a £7 Uber ride to Piccadilly area of Manchester. Lovely and clean with ample space to work or relax.

Negative: Bed in the 3rd Bedroom was too soft for me (But this is personal preference) and the blinds don't block out the street light which is right outside

Summary: Would definitely look to book this property again when working in the area
