Negative: Had some trouble with the gas knocking itself off but it was easy to sort out and get the required help.

Positive: Not much as it wasn’t the cleanest the rules was stricter

Negative: Various rooms doors didn’t close as the locks didn’t fit rooms wasn’t the cleanest Not allowed visitors Says sleeps 8 but isn’t very basic rooms for the price

Positive: It was a great place to stay with a nice walk to the city center close to tram stops and a very close to the coop live arena. Very comfy and spacious! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Negative: Only thing was the shower was very small

Positive: The house was just what we needed for our short stay. Walking distance to Ethiad Stadium and transport into town. The bedrooms were large and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Negative: We had problems with the smart lock and were locked out on our return from town on Saturday evening. After several failed attempts we had to contact the owner who, to be fair came to our rescue within 20 minutes and managed to let us in. We were very fortunate that it was not raining.

Positive: All the little touches such as tea/coffee/sugar being provided. Nice coffee maker. Fridge stocked with water and some drinks. Beds were very comfortable and house was secure and safe. Communication with property management was excellent.

Negative: Carpets in the downstairs area which is a personal opinion as they are difficult to ensure proper cleaning. No other issues with the home.

Positive: Only a short taxi ride to the city centre. Ideal for a group going to watch the football.

Negative: All beds were doubles. The ability to have the option of twin beds would have been good for our group.
