Summary: The check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and exactly as pictured. The dishes and linen were clean. The water pressure in the master shower was a touch low, but livable. A/C was good (95 degree day) and the appliances were fine. Plenty of free tv channels. Plenty of parking. The pool was fun.

Summary: This property was by far the best value in town. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive and the property itself exceeded expectations with plenty of space, beautiful interior and numerous amenities. Will definitely be staying here again!

Summary: Beautiful 3 bedroom house. Very spacious and clean. Big beautiful living room, dining room, and kitchen. Plus a sitting room on first floor. Separate house with private parking. House was appointed with a luxurious southern style. Very quiet area. I did not want to leave.

Summary: Beautiful property! Close to many of the surrounding attractions - Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly. There was an option to attend a session about timeshare but no one pressured you about it. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We like most everything but the train running at late hours of the night and can be heard inside your unit very clearly. Also can hear next door neighbors very clearly laughing and conversating but they did quiet down by 10pm
