Summary: I reserved this hotel because the images depicted a well-maintained pool area with beach access and suggested it was undergoing renovations. Upon our arrival, we encountered a significant issue with parking; there were insufficient spaces available, necessitating an 8-minute walk to the check-in area, as no shuttle service was provided. At check-in, if you are not a member—which I will elaborate on later—you will find yourself in a hot lobby, sweating profusely. Once the check-in process is complete, your luggage will be handled by a friendly staff member from the hotel, but his friendliness is primarily motivated by his intention to sell you a membership, akin to a timeshare. The walk to your room also takes about 8 minutes, and if you are not a member, do not expect any assistance with transportation. The all-inclusive package included a buffet and three restaurants, which required prior reservations; you could not simply walk in, which was quite frustrating. The buffet was mediocre at best, offering only basic items such as burgers, hot dogs, and cold cuts, all lacking in flavor. The steak restaurant we visited on the second day was particularly disappointing; the steak did not resemble any I had previously encountered, and they seemed unaware of how to cook it to the correct temperature, which completely ruined my appetite. The drinks were excessively watered down, and they reused cups, so you might find one or two cups with missing pieces, which was quite unappealing.

Summary: The patio door was broken so it never locked and it was next to the hallway which anyone could have broken in the front door also was kind of hanging off the hands anyone could break an easily the food was okay, the resort was beautiful

Summary: The food at the buffet was rarely hot, so people waited for fresh trays to be brought out and then swarmed like vultures to empty it in a matter of seconds, Ignoring the queues and just pushing their way through. You can try the restaurants for a break from the hoards but the food despite being plated and brought to you must avoid seeing heat. I lost my wrist band on day 1. I was close enough to the lobby to pop in and ask them what the cost is if I can't find it. I was told $60 but was then threatened to be detained if I left the lobby to go and look on my own, furious that this was the case considering I had brought this to their attention I asked how I was to look. The concierge called security to come and escort me around, I checked in every few minutes as to where the security was and after 20 minutes of waiting this young lad appeared with a torch, yes, a torch, because this all took so long the sun had now gone down and he resort was dark! Thankfully after looking around the pool with his torch we found the wristband floating at the edge. I took this back to reception and it appeared they had not put the band on correctly! No apology for making me wait, or threatening me, nothing. Just told that this one shouldn't fall off. The carts are useless. Once we were packed and waiting by the stop to be picked up with or luggage it took 35 minutes for a cart to collect us. 4 drove past and just shouted 'no luggages' we had a small carry on. I have run out of room for more.

Summary: Your transportation is awful couldn't get a ride to or from any restaurant. Couldn't book one of the special restaurants out of 7 days zero were available room was fine at first glance but then tried to take a shower and found other people's hair in it the bathtub is cracked felt like it was going to fall through the next floor
