Blue Waters Apartments features an heated in-ground pool and spa, set amid a tropical garden and BBQ area. The apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. All crockery, glassware, cookware and utensils are included. All linen is provided, and the beautifully furnished and appointed 2 and 3-bedroom apartments are serviced weekly. There is a laundry inside the apartment. Air conditioning is in the main living area. Fans are provided for bedrooms. Please note pool towels are not supplied. Blue Waters Apartments are 4 minutes' drive from Australia Fair Shopping Center, 12 minutes' drive from Sea World and 20 minutes' drive from the center of the Gold Coast. Gold Coast Airport is 1 hours' drive from the property. Please note we are a 3 story walk up building with NO elevators. All apartments have stair access and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Please note that all apartments are individually owned and furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. Negative: The place is getting a little tired - curtains don’t cover the windows/doors and the rooms backing onto the main rd (Frank St) have to deal with noisy traffic all night - these could do with double glazing on the windows/doors.
