Summary: We stayed at the property in March while my son played baseball. The property was great for what we needed. Plenty of room for everyone.

Summary: The house was clean and is very nice (excepting a few minor things like difficult door locks and squeaky beds). The problem we had was that we pre-paid for heating the pool and it was not heated when we arrived. After reaching out to the management company a few times, it took over 24 hours for them to get it turned on, wasting a day and a half of pool time for us.

Summary: Family of 12 one infant who spent 3 nights here for a wedding. The house was nice, especially the kitchen, and the backyard was nice. I was required to pay an additional 103 fee before being allowed to check in (a mandatory damage waiver) and if we wanted to heat the pool I would have to pay another 100 per night (you could not heat it for one or two nights, you had to pay the fee for all the nights you were there). The listing title states ‘heated pool’ so even if it was disclosed in the fine print that you paid extra for heat that title was misleading. My feeling is that these charges should have been part of the daily rate. Also, I would have had to pay 157.50 to check in 1-4 hours early so I sat in my car and waited. I felt like they just kept packing on fees. However, our biggest issue was that they did not address a problem we reported early on with the door code thing not working, I even sent a video detailing the issue to the manager. I have used these door code things before and am aware how to operate them. We were forced to leave a side door unlocked so we could get back in and that made us uncomfortable and it was unsafe. I told this to management and was told that they “would do their best to send someone over immediately” but no one showed up and no one checked with us to see if it was taken care of. Also, the neighborhood is covered with signs stating “homes not hotels, stop short term renting" this made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Summary: Pros: The property is very nice and exactly what was expected. Great walkable neighborhood and a great location to Old Towne and other areas that are inexpensive uber rides. We had 13 girls and there was plenty of room, space and towels for all. There is even two fridges! Cons: The house was ready but you cannot open the door until exactly 4 p.m. unless you are willing to pay $150 extra per hour. On the day of, I let them know that our flight landed at 2:30 and we thought we could be there at 3:15 and see if we could get in and they said yes that they could accommodate and sent me a link to pay $150. Ridiculous! Also, one of the bathrooms was not very clean so rated that a 3 - everything else was very clean.

Summary: We loved this house and will definitely stay again. We were a large group of adults, toddlers and an infant. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be together when we wanted. The separate living area with a separate entrance was very helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed and the home was very clean! The only down side was that there was no child lock on the back door that leads to the pool. There is also no gate around the pool. That is hard with young kids in the house. The kids could come out of their bedrooms at night and it made everyone nervous if they could open the back door. I would definitely suggest adding a child lock. This is one of the best places we have stayed in Arizona!

Summary: This house was perfect for our family. Very spacious. Great layout, kitchen was very well appointed and extra fridge was a huge plus. It was super easy to get to Old Town and Fashion Square mall. Also really close to the 101 to go north. We went hiking at Pinnacle peak and just hopped on the highway north. Easy to get to Kierland area too. Quiet neighborhood, close to Walmart, coffee at Blackrock and the best Donuts at Local Donut. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: We vacationed from Ohio with some extended family and had such a great time!! There was a total of 14 of us ages ranging from 3 to 70's. The first thing to comment on was the space. The bunk beds helped for the kids and the additional room with the Murphy bed allowed everyone plenty of room to sleep. Despite 14 people the crazy thing was it never felt crowded at all, between the huge and open kitchen and wonderful outside area there was plenty of room for everyone including during meals. The location was excellent, there were multiple grocery store options within like 5-10 minutes and it seemed like whether it was hiking, dinners, activities or golf we were never more than a 15-20 minute drive from everything. The house is well taken care of and everything down to the kitchen, appliances, TV's, furniture, and bathrooms were top notch. The kids especially loved swimming in the pool and there is plenty of seating outside to always keep an eye on them, even the young ones. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to visit the Scottsdale area!!
