Positive: I like that the house was clean and tidy. The bedding was clean and the house was put together nicely.

Negative: The hot water system was not working properly. The hot water would not last longer than 30 seconds then the tap needed to be turned off and then back on for the hot water to start up. The faucets in the bathroom were leaking. Some fixtures in the bathroom were broken/falling out of wall. There was inadequate dishwashing liquid and no dishwasher powder or tablets. On our first night we contacted the team at thorpe realty but we got no response back.

Negative: Advertising did not advise that 4th bed was trundle and a trundle is not suitable for aging seniors. There is no hanging space in King room. Nor a luggage rack. The hot water is spasmodic and the rug in living area needs a steam clean. WiFi did not connect. The plug in kitchen sink needs replacing as sink will not hold water
