Negative: Shower needs shelves for shampoo/personals. Towel racks/hooks not enough. Bathroom too steamy after shower, had to open window. No venting.

Positive: Location was good

Negative: No one on the property, ice machine was broken. I did all the work (bagging laundry, taking out trash) Rooms are very small. The instructions read like a lecture rather than a welcome packet. Internet was weak.

Positive: It was in a good, quiet location, and close to both Holland and some beaches. The room was comfortable. Communication of arrival and departure information was timely and detailed.

Negative: There were no staff onsite. All communication was via text message, but those messages did provide the information we needed to enter the room and to check out. We also had to strip the bed ourselves and empty the garbage ourselves before checkout to avoid an additional cleaning fee. Never had to do that in a hotel/motel setting before. And no staff also meant no included breakfast.

Positive: Quaint with a retro feel in a good location. The room was small but clean and well appointed.

Negative: No staff onsite. I wasn’t expecting that or that I had to strip the bed and put sheets and towels in a a laundry bag and empty the trash. It wasn’t exactly a problem, just unexpected.
