Positive: Location was very good, nice quiet cove, very spacious accomodations, enough room for everyone to spread out, bedrooms were a good size, house was very clean upon arrival, dock seemed nice although we never used it. Loved how spacious house was since we were stuck inside for 5 days because of nonstop rain from Hurricane Helene

Negative: Kitchen could use better supplies/utensils/pots pans (everything seemed like old second hand stuff or was bought at the Dollar Store). Definitely need rugs by the front entrance and the double doors out to deck. Floor was VERY slippery when it was wet (and it was wet when we were there because it rained the entire 5 days we were there-thank you Hurricane Helene). Several of us slipped multiple times when coming into the house from the wet outside. Went through 3 rolls of paper towels just trying to keep the floor dry. More games would have been helpful as well since we were stuck inside for 5 days. Disappointed in the lack of support from Vacasa when we inquired about what was the protocol if we got stuck at the house in the event roads got washed out (from the hurricane) or what we should do if we lose power (which we did and we were without wifi, cell service AND water for over 12 hours). Naomi (the local vacasa manager) was great, she tried her best to help us (she brought us water and ice) but she was running ragged trying to help several different rental properties and many roads were impassable after the storm with trees down.

Positive: I absolutely LOVED the interior. The cabin feel with the beautiful lake view. Amazing!

Negative: The only inconvenience was that the theater room cable remote was missing, but no big deal!
