Summary: The hotel is noisy, just in the route and windows didn’t close well. Also no air conditioning . My bed was uncomfortable too. Luckily it was a 1 night stay The only positive you can see the lake

Summary: No internet. Manager said "that's your problem, not ours" After about 30 minutes of wrangling I got him to give a refund and we found a MUCH nicer place in town for about the same price. The young lady that handled the desk and was the go-between in all this negotiation was really nice, She represents the hotel well,
