Positive: The location is quite nice, overlooking the ocean with a wonderful pool, restaurant and common area. It is a 30 minute walk to Esperanza and another 20 minutes to Sun Bay beach. For this reason you probably want a car or golf cart rental. The staff was superb. Desk managers Lydia and David were so nice and helpful. The restaurant was very good. Overall our Blue Horizon experience was excellent and we love Vieques.

Negative: We didn't experience any disappointments. The place lived up to our expectations that were quite high.

Positive: Location and view to the see. Service was excellent. Food was very good.

Negative: a little more illumination on the way to the rooms. During the reservation process, they never mentioned that the rooms do not have TV.

Positive: We loved the privacy and intimacy of the resort, it was such a lovely property for us to be able to walk around to spend some time alone relaxing. The infinity pool was wonderful, was kept heated, and open 24 hours.

Negative: There really was not anything we did not like about the property.
