Summary: Very nice and spacious home. The house is nicely decorated and is open, bright and cheerful with lots of big windows for enjoying the ocean and bay views. There are also, lots of spacious comfortable bedrooms and multiple porches which were so nice for dining and getting out of the sun. The pool was a nice perk too for taking a break from the beach. We would definitely recommend this lovely home for anyone.

Summary: The location is superb! The house is right on the beach and across the street from more water. Every window you look out has a calming view! There was plenty of space for us 9 adults and 8 kids (what an awesome bunk room!) We really enjoyed the back porch with loads of seating. We were also worried about enough room to store food for the entire weekend - but the fridge and storage spaces are huge. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: Home was very clean and plenty of room for our big family. We enjoyed feeling like we had our own private beach. Kids enjoyed the pool, adults enjoyed a game of cornhole on the beach and the teenage boys enjoyed fishing all day long on the beach and/or suggested dock across the street. Host Josh was very nice and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this home. May be a little far from any kind of Dollar General or grocery store but for us, we enjoyed not being near anything at all. True vacation with lots of great memories.

Summary: This house was perfect for our three families with teenage kids (13 people). Large gathering areas and places to get away all in one house. Water views out all windows. Steps from the beach. Access to the dock was a nice addition and gives something more to do. Very quiet area, basically had the beach to ourselves most days. Josh is very helpful and quick to respond! Would recommend this house and Josh to anyone.

Summary: This house, location and setup provided everything we were hoping for! The house is amazing - beautiful inside, huge kitchen with plenty of space and cooking equipment, lots of different spaces to hang out, lots of super cute bedrooms/bathrooms, amazing decks with plenty of outdoor furniture, and a great pool!! Our crew especially loved the bunk room and looking out over the pool and ocean from all decks! The location is pretty far out but wonderful - we loved that it was set apart from the hustle and bustle but be sure to stock up on groceries/supplies ahead of time. We had the beach in front of the house all to ourselves! Fabulous beach with sugary soft sand, plenty of seashells, and dolphins just offshore! All felt super safe and calm. Perfect spot for families/friends looking to get away and enjoy a quiet beach vacation together :) So thankful to our hosts for being attentive and providing such a beautiful vacay spot. We’ll be back for sure!!
