Positive: Panama City Beach can be a loud, busy place; however, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood on the eastern end of PCB. If you want to get into the night life, it's a short golf cart rental away! Beach access? Literally two blocks. Food? All over the place. Location location location. Love it. The house itself was also comfortable for a family of five. No space issues and all critical systems in the building worked as expected.

Negative: Some items in the house were in need of repair though nothing critical. The main concerns were the game equipment in the garage were all broken, the beach chairs needed repair/replacement, and the door handle to access to front porch kept falling off.

Summary: Quiet and Location? Heck yeah.

Negative: I did not like the cleanliness of it. Pillows need replacing. Living room carpet has tons of sand spurs and the couch is uncomfortable

Positive: Really close to the beach and a beautiful home! Plenty of activities for everyone in the family.

Negative: You aren’t provided with the code to enter the garage through the outside of the house and you are not given the code to enter the backyard from the gate. This made it hard to avoid walking directly into the house from the beach. We would have liked to clean off in the garage or the backyard before entering the house. Inevitably sand got in the house and then the vacuum was broken.

Summary: Beautiful, updated house walking distance to the beach!
