Positive: From the very moment I placed the booking, I was amazed at how professional and friendly and prompt the host was everything was emailed and messaged with every single detail of everything from the key box to parking and the location of the apartment could not be better surrounded by restaurants and a Sainsbury's. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had fantastic views every thing worked perfectly and I would highly recommend it. Fantastic value for money. Lovely big bedrooms and even a dressing table invaluable for make up. But we had a great stay and I will never book anywhere else when in Milton Keynes from now on thanks Blue diamond

Positive: The instructions to get there and get keys were really excellent everyone should copy this format . Great safe well lit car park. Place was clean and we loved the location, near the hub which is an area we really like . Great value for money and we would stay again if it was just the two of us.

Negative: The sofa bed was awful, it wasn’t really a sofa bed more a single mattress that you put on the floor. It’s such a shame as everything else was pretty good in this apartment . The double bed room was fab, kitchen was lovely .. nice apartment .

Summary: Great location , clean and comfortable for two but the sofa bed let it down ..

Positive: Apartment was immaculate and staff responded straight away to any assistance. Beds very comfortable and 2 bathrooms well equipped a bonus. I'd definitely recommend. Location was Central as well at the very centre. Messages from the staff checking up if there was anything we needed was above and beyond.

Negative: We were happy no issues.

Positive: 10 min walk to the MK train station; and above a courtyard with 5 restaurants, great spot to have dinner after a day away.

Negative: Lots of poorly executed renovations, there was a rip in the carpet which was a tripping hazard; the floor in the hall bathroom had a sagging spot that felt unsafe. We checked in for a trip with 4 adults, but were only left 3 towels and 1 hand towel. Communication with the staff was horrendous, the questions I asked were either not answered at all or answered incompletely after several weeks post my asking them.
