Summary: This was the perfect place for me, my boyfriend, and our other friends (also a couple) to stay for a New Year's celebration in Nashville. The house was so cozy and came equipped with everything we needed. The outside seating area was perfect as well despite it being so cold outside. The host, Adrian, went above and beyond in so many ways. Super great at communication and being as accommodating as possible. We all felt safe in the neighborhood. The drive to downtown was super short, and all of our Lyft rides were under 20 which was great as well. If you are looking for an affordable and safe place to stay that is close to all that Nashville has to offer, book this place now because you will not regret it!

Summary: This place was great. It was very clean and cozy. The cofee bar was an unexpected delight. There lots of thoughtful extras. Its in a great location and we felt safe. The only negative was the window in the bathroom is see through. It wasnt enough of an issue to knock down any stars because there is a privacy fence. Byt my suster did see me in tge shower when she was outside so it made us feel a little uneasy. It could definitely use a curtain. Other than that we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in this area.
