Positive: The accommodation location was great, very near trams, trains, supermarket, cafes Full kitchen facilities were excellent, the use of laundry was very handy.

Negative: Having to walk 30 minutes to pick up the keys is not a good welcome, especially after a long and very early flight There was only one window in the whole apartment, and it could not be opened! The loud fan was annoying and couldn't be turned off. No teatowels for kitchen use, Only 1 bath towel p.p for 7 nights stay isn't enough in mid winter!

Positive: The actual apartment is nice, good sixe, everything you need, quiet, just noisy 24hr fan from bathroom - acn't be turned off, louder in bedroom. Great undercover parking but no sugns to see where to go to B2 & bay number on ground rubbed off, so Luckily store cage at back had number given. Lift. Secure entry. Small BBQ to use in private outdoor area.

Negative: Impossible to get in touch with the hosts on the phone number they gave. I tried all day the day before arrivel to check on early checkin requested - 2pm, which was confirmed via booking.com message, and regarding an sms that came with a link saying have to register 24hrs+ before arrival - security always says never to open unknown links. Tried to call them again about this, including concern that it was now less than 24hrs before arrival. I called booking.com and he called them - he was able to get on to them & I was able to straight after, then not again. Obviously they answer the phone for booking companies but not customers - only after the booking company does. I was told I can't have early check in because they need the 5 hrs between 10am and 3pm checkin to clean the room!! Goodness. Have to pick up the key blocks away; saw other reviews from people who had to walk - it was challenging enough in peak traffic. No teatowels, kitchen towel, cleaning cloth on arrival - took a day to deliver after msging host. Luckily could leave the key in the apt but unable to attach photo via booking.com msges as requested - this was the main way of contact with host. Later saw msge asking to send photo via the mobile number that never answers - not likely...so they can receive photos but not customers on that phone?

Positive: Convenient, 1min walk to tram stop and 10min walk to the nearest train station (Glen Huntly). Also walk distance to restaurants and cafes and groceries.

Negative: Wheelchair lift is quite tricky to use as you need to arrange a key beforehand to access it
