Positive: Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked.

Negative: I happened to be there during the coldest week ever in Florida and the unit did not have heat, nor the proper bedding for the cold temperatures. The windows were super drafty and I did not sleep well. The management did deliver some extra blankets at the end of my stay which was really appreciated. Also the shower did not get very hotc and they had to have workers enter the unit 3 times while I was there. Overall it was fine but I felt it was important that I pointed these things out.

Summary: Comfortable, but the unit could use some updating.

Negative: Only thing that could have made the stay better is a laundry service but overall very happy with the place.

Negative: There were 14 steps to get to my room. It faced a very noisy and busy street/highway. There was no outdoor area to sit.

Positive: Well equipped including kitchenette, great location, convenient entry with keypad. Spices There was always parking available. Fast host/staff support. Easy walk to Whole Foods for their awesome salad/hot bar.

Negative: Like most places in Florida, it's hard to avoid some bit of smell/mold. This place was definitely better than most.
