Beautiful sunsets. Natural light, lakefront. Swans, ducks, birds, even eagles! Custom patio, outbuilding/Zen Zone w/porch and deck. Swim, fish, sit on the dock or by the fire pit and watch the stars. Outdoor movie screen (weather permitting). Unique outdoor spaces. Snowshoe, cross country ski in winter. Hiking/biking trails w/in walking distance. We live on a bumpy dirt road, so traffic is minimal.
There is no air conditioning, however, since we are on a lake and below grade it is generally cooler.
While this is a quiet area, there are boats on the water and children in the neighborhood. We live in the main residence and our amazing grandchildren do visit. Yard spaces may be shared. Easy highway access. Ideally located between Providence and Boston.

Summary: This has been our home away from home while we do some renovations at our house. The peaceful environment inside and out is exactly what we needed during what could’ve been a rather stressful time in our lives. My husband has even joked that we should stop our project and stay here forever! Words are not enough to describe what a wonderful stay we have had.

Summary: The property owner was so nice and accommodating! The property itself is beautiful on the water with AMAZING sunsets. But the owner made it wonderful with her thoughtful touches. I only wish I had stayed longer. I absolutely cannot say enough good things to truely represent our stay. Thank you so much!

Summary: My boyfriend and I, and one of our friends stayed here for two nights when we came into the area to see some shows at the Xfinity center in Mansfield. We wish we could have stayed longer! Irene was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were sad to leave and have already started making plans to go back. This rental would be fun for a small group of friends, one or two couples, or a small family. Great spot, great price, and the owner is onsite and available if you need anything! 5 stars all day.

Summary: Our stay was wonderful. The property is spacious, clean and right on the lake. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the friendliness of the hosts. Irene and Jimmy were so gracious. We received a very warm welcome when we arrived. Their hospitality made our stay feel just like home.
