Positive: The house was very spacious and clean. Very kid friendly for my young family. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Decent size rooms and love the open plan living.

Positive: Family living nearby so great location and walked to the ferry. In general the house was clean and tidy.

Negative: Curtains were water stained and most were hanging off the rails. No air flow on a hot evening so difficult to sleep with the fan only upstairs.
