Positive: The location was perfect with the spa and pool just perfect. The birthday girl was so excited. Plenty of hot water pressure and oh so comfortable beds So quiet but close to Oneroa township Dreaming of going back but will be for longer next time

Negative: A bit more info in the welcome pack like how to turn on fans, that the barn doors open right up. Couldn’t find any power points in pool bedroom No where to plug in hair dryer or straightener in bathroom in end bedroom No flannels for bathrooms No clothesline for towels and togs. But in saying all that we did feel like we were in a luxury house

Summary: Too short. The weather was perfect we just needed more time to enjoy the house

Positive: The pool, hot tub, fabulous beds, general high quality of property. Dishwasher failed, but repaired by contractor very promptly. Good communication with rental company throughout,

Negative: No milk on arrival for cup of tea. Hire charge for beach towels. Not acceptable at that level of nightly rate, no powerpoints in bathrooms.

Positive: the air conditioning throughout the house was a must for sleeping. each bedroom has quiet grates with air conditioning going thru.

Negative: not much to dislike.

Summary: awesome time with 3 couples. heated swim pool and sia were excellent.

Positive: Swimming Pool was perfect. Perfect sized, perfectly heated. Was a bit deep however very suited to us. Also the spa was perfect too, very relaxing
