Positive: Modern & clean Friendly helpful owners Well equipped & welcome pack was brilliant & generous All appreciated

Negative: Only a small thing but the kitchen knives & peeler need replacing. No outside space!

Positive: Extremely comfortable, clean and warm stay. Everything we needed for two nights provided. Tea, coffee, orange juice, even butter and some home made cake which was delicious.

Negative: As we arrived after dark, working out the parking space was not easy for me. Maybe an outside light that stays on for under 5 minutes, but lights up the parking area would have helped. I was concerned about the turning space left and hitting a low walled rockery. I am not a new driver (30+years) so a little more lighting in that area would have been preferable but saying that I managed.

Positive: Excellent accommodation with loads of space. Added touches to make our stay more comfortable was really appreciated. The cake was amazing! Excellent value for money, much cheaper than other local hotels.

Negative: TV signal wasn't great resulting in the TV not working properly.
