Summary: We came to the Black Walnut Inn for our Wedding Night and we are so happy and absolutely over the moon that we did! Everything was truly perfect and charming and we hope to come back for years to come! The BlackWalnut Inn was the perfect place to usher us off into married life!

Summary: Lovely historic inn! Very well appointed and spacious room, comfortable common area, attentive hosts, great breakfast (including eggs from the inn's beautiful chickens, and homemade bread), mattress was quite firm (whether it is too firm is just a matter of taste). One suggestion: have pullout sofas in the larger rooms and suites that include sofas -- our son was a little too tall for the non-pullout sofa. He still found a way to sleep on it comfortably, but others may not. Other than that, an excellent stay!
