Summary: A very charming inn w delicious homemade breakfast each morning. Room was vey comfortable. We had the twin room in the front of the house. The street is very loud and can be heard through out the night. Also this room does not have an attached bathroom. We would stay here again in a different room. Owners and staff were so nice and accommodating. Located 2miles from UMass Amherst .

Summary: Beautiful room, decor was perfection. The bedroom was lovely but just a little bit dark even with lamps. TV was too far away so we did not use it. Those are just small nit picks but what prevents the 5 star is the mattress. It was very hard as in I thought i was sleeping on a piece of plywood hard. I have some arthritic hip pain so it was enough to cause discomfort. Some may like it though. Breakfast and main area was absolutely beautiful and food was delicious. Very charming, welcoming inn!

Summary: This INN deserves all the accolades it can get. From the facility, to the staff, owners, food… all of it was first rate. These folks have Inn keeping down to a science. We were extremely comfortable throughout our stay. They bent over backwards to be accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

Summary: Very well kept and clean room. The bed was a king and very comfortable. A lot of parking on site. Breakfast was delicious.

Summary: What a lovely property! Comfy beds, a wonderful couch to curl up on, and the main house is gorgeous. Easy check-in, amazing breakfast, and many little touches that made it incredibly inviting. We loved it. Thank you!

Summary: For a contactless check-in method, the staff were very accessible -easy to communicate with; the method was great. The room was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent. I met the owners and staff the morning after I checked in (late @ 11:45pm). They couldn't have been more hospitable. I stayed at the Walnut Inn out of necessity, attending a friend's father's funeral, and the Inn could not have been a better place for me to stay. I can imagine others enjoying it for its warmth, decor (fresh rustic farmhouse?), fresh breakfast and location to Amherst and surrounding area/towns/sites.
