Summary: What a quaint, perfectly located hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was so charming! The room was perfectly sized. The bathroom was awesome. The mini fridge, although unused, was a great addition. The coffee machine was great. The reception desk next store was so welcoming! The safety features of the hotel were great. We appreciated the offer for hotel transport and the driver from the train station was great. We were dissapointed that the driver to to take us to the airport at 345 am did not show, but i also didn't confirm prior and was able to easily find a driver through BOLT. Be prepared to carry up your luggage to the top floor! It was fine, we didn't mind considering the awesome location and great hotel!!! We would definately recommend this hotel!!

Summary: The Black Star Suites is right off of a busy street and just a few minutes walk to Charles Bridge. It is convenient to walk to sights, or take transit or a taxi. My family of four stayed in a two-room suite and it was very spacious and clean. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful.

Summary: Great location: 3 minute walk to Charles Bridge and 5 minute walk to the main Christmas Market. Accommodations were good and plenty of space. One downside is there is no elevator, so you don’t want to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Staff was excellent and very responsive.

Summary: Fantastic location. The suite was roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was good and reasonable. Front desk people, especially Alice, were top notch.

Summary: Clean room, staff very friendly and helpful, amazing location. Please note, check-in is at the hotel next door ( I believe it’s called Hotel Contessa). Also, the Black Star Restaurant has very good food at a reasonable price. Especially the spaghetti, pork lion, salad special.

Summary: We stayed in a Junior Suite at Black Star Suites and absolutely loved it. The medieval décor perfectly matches the atmosphere of Prague. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was also a fully stocked fridge offering wine, beer, soft drinks, and snacks, which was a very convenient addition. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of all major sightseeing attractions, and very close to shops, trams, and the underground. Housekeeping visited daily, providing fresh towels, replenishing coffee and tea supplies, and making the beds. The reception team, especially Romana and Alice, were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. I would happily recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
