Summary: The Black Pearl is located perfectly for proximity to the beach & McClaren Vale. Fantastic, secure yard that our dog loved. Big shed with a table tennis table etc. Inside, house is clean & comfortable (just a bit dark). Main bed was comfy as was the lounge. Kitchen was functional & easy to use. Wi-fi & A/C worked very well. In the first week of our 2 week stay we experienced a couple of unignorable maintenance issues. Thankfully, C21 got on top of both issues quickly & they were fixed within a couple of days of being reported.

Summary: Loved it, everything you need is there. Appreciated the welcome pack. Just one thing, when I collected the key from Cen21 the lovely lady said if the bbq bottle was empty to take to Mitre 10 to fill up for nothing. Obviously she wasn’t familiar with the Black Pearl as the bottle was as tall as me 😂 which made for a good laugh.

Summary: We enjoyed a week's stay at black pearl for Christmas. 4 adults. Comfortable beds and comfortable living room. Having access to a fenced front and backyard was great as our dog enjoyed both yards. Small hole a back fence but easily fixed. 2 minute walk to beach was fantastic. Century 21 were great. Very organised, lovely and helpful. Only suggestion would be some sort of fan in bathroom.

Summary: Great location in a very quiet peaceful area, nice view of the hills in the backyard. Inside very clean, pleasant and all amenities I required. Unfortunately the back area, verandah, decking and around doors and windows could do with a thorough clean, removal of cobwebs etc and decking and surrounding cemented areas also need a thorough sweep and hosing down

Summary: A lovely spot, particularly enjoyed the deep soak bath, well appointed kitchen and view of the hills. Very relaxing, short stroll to Silver Sands and a short drive to many good eateries and take away and to the wine district.
