Positive: Parking available, safe area, nice large room. Clean.

Negative: Would like to see Portugal offer coffee & tea…It’s so nice to wake up to coffee but only glass was offered. We were on the coffee hunt each morning. Bed is a bit stiff, pillows overstuffed.

Positive: The room was big and very nice, as well as the bathroom. A quiet area so you could sleep very well. The neighborhood felt very safe, location close to a few shops, local restaurants, 5 min by car to airport. The owner was so kind to us, provided useful information about the region, and what can we do there. Even helped us with an umbrella on the rainy day.

Negative: Everything was great, nothing to not like

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a very quiet & upper class neighbourhood. The room (Nr. 3) + private bathroom (incl. bidet) are very clean and neatly decorated. The view from the private balcony is awesome directed towards the city centre of Faro Be aware, it's either a 10 minutes drive by bus (or Bolt) or a 45 minutes walk (walking slowly) to the centre but it's lovely. (Don't use the road, go next to the train rails before approaching the Ibis Hotel) Marta, our host is a lovely lady who had great insight tips on what do to, where the locals dine, etc. We highly recommend Marta & her Black Hill Guest House. Thanks a lot, Marta, see you next time!
